Thank you for choosing The Baby Loft. Currently, our only available delivery option is "Pick Up from Store" at our physical store located in Publika Shopping Mall. Please review the following information regarding the pick-up process:

1. Pick-Up Location:

  • Our store is located in Publika Shopping Mall Lot 43, Level G3, Jalan Dutamas 1, Solaris Dutamas, 50480 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

2. Order Confirmation:

  • Once your order is placed and payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email serves as proof of your purchase and includes details about the items ordered.

3. Pick-Up Timing:

  • Please wait for a separate email or notification indicating that your order is ready for pick-up.
  • Ensure that you check our store's operating hours before planning your visit.

4. Identification Required:

  • To collect your order, please bring a valid photo ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) and a copy of the order confirmation email.
  • If someone else is picking up the order on your behalf, they must provide a copy of the order confirmation email and their own valid photo ID.

5. Order Pickup Procedure:

  • Approach our store staff and inform them that you are there to pick up an online order.
  • Present your valid photo ID and the order confirmation email.
  • Our staff will verify the information and assist you in collecting your order.

6. Order Pickup Window:

  • Please pick up your order within 14 days from the date you receive the notification that your order is ready. After this period, the order may be subject to cancellation or additional fees.
